In the first mixing bowl, add flour (or crushed instant oats), baking powder, cinnamon, salt and whisk well
In the second mixing bowl, add the egg, milk, vanilla extract and whisk well
Pour the mixture of the second bowl into the first, mix very well and let it sit for 10 minutes
In a pan on medium to high heat, add the butter until it melts and cover the whole area
Using a ladle, take one portion of the mixture and pour it in the center. You can also place all the mixture in a measuring cup and simply pour in the center of the pan
Let it cook for about 45 seconds up to a minute until bubbles start forming and flip it to the other side
Cook it on the other side for the same amount of time, until golden in color
Repeat for the remaining pancakes and enjoy!
