Start by putting the yeast in the milk and let it rest for about 10 mins
Next, put all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, and salt) in a mixing bowl and mix them well together
Now add the milk with the yeast and mix well
Add the water and keep mixing
Add the butter and keep mixing until you obtain a well formed dough
Once the dough is formed, knead it for about 10 mins, until it becomes elastic
Place it back in the mixing bowl and cover it with a tissue
Let it rise for 2-2:30 hours or until it doubles in volume
Next, placed your risen dough on your working surface (lightly floured) and press well on it to releases all the gases
Using the palm of your hand, press on the dough to flatten it and put back one side over the other 3 to 4 times. This will give the dough it's elasticity
Roll the dough with your hands until you obtain something shaped as a cylinder
Butter your mold from the inside and place your newly formed dough in it
Cover it with a tissue and let it rise for an hour or until it doubles in volume
Around 15 mins before the rising process ends, preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)
Once the rising process is over, place your mold in the oven with convection on and bake your loaf for 40 mins
Once done, remove your mold from the oven, remove the loaf from the mold and place it on a cooling grid
You can cut it after 30 mins once it's cold. Enjoy!
