Pancakes are everyone's favorite breakfast. Also a satisfying snack, they are easy to make and can be served with many different condiments. We show you step by step how to prepare them from scratch!

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 180 grams Flour T45
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 170-200 grams Milk Low or Full Fat
  • 30 grams Butter Melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 7 grams Baking Powder
Toppings
  • 1 cup Red Fruits
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 20 grams Butter

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Thin Non-stick Pan

Method
 

  1. In a blender add the flour
    180 grams Flour
  2. Followed by the salt, sugar and baking powder and mix well
    40 grams Sugar, 3 grams Salt, 7 grams Baking Powder
  3. Add the egg, melted butter and 170 grams of milk
    170-200 grams Milk, 30 grams Butter, 1 Egg
  4. Blend everything on medium speed. If some flour remains undissolved, add milk progressively until no more flour remains and until you get the desired consistency
  5. Using a thin non-stick pan on medium to high heat, pour some of your pancake mixture to form a disc
  6. Bubbles will start forming at the surface
  7. Once the surface is covered with bubbles, it's time to flip it over and cook for it for 10-15 seconds
  8. Place your pancake on a cooling grid and repeat for all the remaining dough
  9. Stack your pancakes on top of each other and add a stick of butter along with red fruits
    1 cup Red Fruits, 20 grams Butter
  10. Generously pour maple syrup and enjoy a wonderful taste!

Our Cooking Hints:

  • You can add some vanilla extract in the dough mixture
  • Since the dough contains melted butter it's not recommended to add butter to the pan
