Put the gelatin sheet in a big bowl of cold water
Pour half of the cream in a pot
Cut the vanilla pod in the middle and add its with its grains in the pot
Turn on a medium heat under the pot and add the sugar
Keep stirring frequently until the milk simmers and reduce the heat to low
Remove the gelatin sheet from its water and squeeze it very well before tossing it in the pot
Mix everything very well until you get something homogeneous and remove your pot from the heat
Pour the rest of the cream in the pot and stir very well
Pour the cream evenly in 4 different ice cream glasses or bowls and put them on a cooling rack
Meanwhile, put the red fruits with the lemon juice in a blender and turn it on to obtain a purée
Pour the purée in a separate bowl then in the fridge
After 15 minutes, your cream glasses should have cooled down, so put them in the fridge
After 2 to 3 hours, the gelatin should have made the cream firm and you can thus proceed to add the red fruits purée on top
You can now eat your deliciously homemade red fruits panna cotta!
