In a large pot, at medium heat, melt your butter
Add the onion to your put and cook them for about 2 mns
Add the meat to the pot and cook them for about 5 mns
Add the carrots and the peas then mix them with the meat and onion
Add the water, the tomato paste, the salt and the pepper then mix everything very well
Once your mixture start boiling, lower the heat and cook everything for about 20 mins (for frozen peas) and 40 mins (for fresh peas)
Once cooked, serve along rice and vermicelli for a traditional taste
