- In salted water, boil the frozen artichoke hearts for about 15 mins
- Add the lemon juice to the artichoke to avoid dark stain
- Mix the sliced cabbage and the shredded carrots with mayonnaise and mustard
- Put the mixture in the artichoke hearts
- Cover the artichoke hearts with the smoked salmon
- Serve your plate with green salad
