Spaghetti and shrimps with cream

This simple and tasty recipe is for shrimps and spaghetti lovers, it's a very tasty meal and very easy to prepare. All the family will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic sliced
  • 500 grams Shrimps
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 20 cl Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

  • A pan
  • A pot

Method
 

  1. In a pot, boil some water with salt then cook your spaghetti for about 8-10 mins
  2. Meanwhile, in a pan, on medium heat, add the olive oil, the shrimps, the salt and pepper then cook the shrimps from both sides for about 2-3 mins (each side)
  3. Once cooked, remove the shrimps from the pan and save them aside
  4. In the same pan, on medium heat, cook the sliced onion and the garlic for about 1 -2 mins, add the lemon juice, the cream and the paprika
  5. Mix your sauce with your cooked spaghetti, add the shrimps and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Our Cooking Hints:

  • Don't forget to add some olive oil to your cooked spaghetti to avoid them from sticking
  • You can add some parsley before serving the dish
  • If you are not a fan of shrimps, you can replace them with chicken breast
