Sweet Syrup
Through our desserts recipes, we will be using this one quite often. Made of four ingredients: water, sugar, citric acid, orange blossom and rose blossom, this ingredient will be the perfect touch to take your desserts to the next level! Here is its simple recipe.

- 100 mL Water
- 200 grams Sugar
- ½ tsp Citric Acid Powder
- 1 tbsp Orange Blossom Water
- 1 tbsp Rose Blossom Water
- Lemon Zest
First, in a pot on medium heat, put the water, lemon zest, citric acid and the sugar then frequently stir until all the sugar is dissolved
Second, once your water starts boiling, reduce the heat to minimal and keep stirring for about 2 mins until you feel it has thickened
Then remove the pot from the heat and add the orange and rose blossom and mix well
Finally pour the content in a bowl and let it cool before covering it with a cling film and putting it in the fridge

- It can be kept for 2 months in the fridge
- Also note that it can be used for either decorating or as a main component of a dessert recipe
