Potato Wedges are the tasty alternative of plain old fries. We show you in this recipe how to make delicious and melt in mouth homemade baked potato wedges!

Equipment

  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Pair of Gloves For contact with food

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Small Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Thyme Spices
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Slice your potatoes into quarters and place them in the large bowl

  • In your small bowl add in the following order the paprika, garlic powder, thyme spices, salt, vegetable oil and mix very well
    2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Thyme Spices, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Paprika
  • Pour the mixture on your potato wedges and using a glove mix very well
  • Place a baking sheet on your baking tray and distribute the prebaked wedges along the sheet
  • Pour the sauce from the mixing bowl over your prebaked wedges
  • Preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 mins with convection on
  • Serve along with a sauce of your choice and enjoy!

  • We recommend to serve them with our cocktail sauce
  • To verify that your wedges are done, stick a fork in the middle. If it enters easily then they are ready!
